Please read the description of the three different health consultations offered: 

Health Consultation: 15 Minute Consultation. This is a quick consultation for those who need guidance on what products to purchase, the type of diet best for their condition, and different healing methods (acupuncture, essential oils, detox, etc…) for their specific situation.

Once purchase is made, you should receive an email within 12-24 hours to schedule your meeting.

Holistic Health Consultation: 30 Minute Consultation. This is an extended consultation for those who want deeper guidance on their spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical well-being. The different aspects of your health affect your physical wellness. Jessica will go over what God is showing her concerning your life and what advice, products, practices, diet, etc…that is best for you. She will cover the mental, emotional, and spiritual AS WELL AS your physical concerns. No details other than your physical ailments need to be sent in advance.

Facial Reflexology Health Consultation: 30 Minute Consultation. This consultation is similar to the Holistic Health Consultation. Jessica will cover the spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical concerns. However, this consult will help you uncover health problems that you may not be aware of by observing your face. 

A facial wellness reading is a type of assessment that involves examining the face to gain insight into an individual's overall health and well-being. This practice is based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, which views the face as a reflection of the body's internal organs and systems.

During a facial health reading, I will examine the face for various signs and indicators of health. This may include looking at the color and texture of the skin, the shape and size of the features, and the presence of lines, wrinkles, or other facial markings.

Based on these observations, I will be able to identify areas of the body that may be experiencing imbalances or dysfunction. For example, certain facial features or markings may be associated with specific organs or systems, such as the liver, kidneys, or digestive system.

I will need a recent clear picture of your face. You will receive a phone call detailing my assessments and any recommendations.
